《A Time For Us》是1968年派拉蒙電影公司出品的經典影片《羅密歐與朱麗葉》由佛朗哥·澤菲雷裡(Franco Zeffirelli)執導的主題曲。 雖然電影中更廣為流傳的可能是《What is a Youth》，但《A Time For Us》是其主要愛情主題的器樂版本，後來由Larry Kusik和Eddie Snyder填上英文歌詞，成為一首傳唱度極高的抒情歌曲。它完美捕捉了劇中戀人愛情的純真、美好以及不可避免的悲劇色彩，成為代表永恆愛情的經典旋律之一。

Song Background "A Time For Us" is the theme from the 1968 Paramount Pictures film "Romeo and Juliet," directed by Franco Zeffirelli. The film was highly acclaimed for its faithful adaptation of Shakespeare's play and the poignant performances of its young leads. The music was composed by the renowned Italian film score maestro, Nino Rota (1911-1979). Rota was famous for his beautiful, romantic, and highly melodic style, having scored numerous films for Federico Fellini and later "The Godfather." While "What is a Youth" might be more prominently featured in the film itself, "A Time For Us" is the instrumental version of the main love theme. It was later fitted with English lyrics by Larry Kusik and Eddie Snyder, becoming an immensely popular standard. The piece perfectly captures the innocence, beauty, and inevitable tragedy of the lovers' romance, cementing its place as one of the classic melodies representing timeless love.
