Lyrics and vocables ("ah-ah"s) are always included in my sheet music because I think we should always sing while playing piano (even when playing classical pieces). Harmony chords above the upper stave are for those who want to make their own arrangements by breaking chords in arpeggios or other patterns in the left hand.
About the song
The chorus is colored blue for your convenience. I notate verses/choruses differently because in modern pop-music they are arranged differently purely for the aesthetic enjoyment of variation.
Please, notice that I doubled note values to make sightreading easier for beginners.
