For smoother performance and greater resonance on string instruments, the key has been transposed from Ab major to A major. The overall structure remains faithful to the original movement, while additional notes and harmonies have been incorporated into the accompaniment to enrich the texture and enhance balance within the duo setting.
The solo instrument sings the iconic cantabile theme with warmth and sustained lyricism, while the piano supports with expanded harmonic color and expressive depth.
