Description
I have arranged Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance" for piano to be used as background music during events such as graduation ceremonies. This is an arrangement of only the middle section of the piece. This arrangement is designed to be beautifully resonant yet quiet, and is simple enough to minimize the chance of mistakes. The arrangement consists of several patterns (sections) that can be repeated or cut as needed, and it includes a cadence for timing adjustments at the end, allowing it to be concluded in sync with the ceremony's schedule. This score is not only suitable for graduation ceremonies but also for other formal events. It is concise, fitting on four pages, and easy to turn.
