“君はともだち” (“You’ve Got a Friend in Me”) is a song by Randy Newman, written as the theme song for Disney and Pixar’s 1995 animated film “Toy Story.” I arranged it for piano duet.

Piano 1 is designed to be easy for beginners, with both hands playing in octave unison (the same notes an octave apart). If it is difficult, playing only the right hand is also fine. It is recommended for recitals, and a separate part is included on the last page for reference.

The Piano 2 accompaniment is for intermediate to advanced players. Enjoy the jazzy chords while playing with your child. It is also ideal for a duet with a teacher.
