— Saint-Saëns’ Danse macabre, Op. 40
The original piece is quite long, so I know many of you have been wondering how to fit it into your academy recitals.
I’ve arranged it to be under 5 minutes, while keeping all the essential musical highlights of the original.
It still sounds like the original piece, but with the difficulty level reduced as well, so I think students from around Czerny 30 will be able to play it comfortably.
For performances, the piece comes with a 4-staff score.
For practice, there are 2-staff scores, so each player can focus on their own part.
