“2 Hands”

A twelve-note scale and a metered sheet music isn't capable to express the sound of “Two Hands” with its layered vocal and digitally generated inflections.

The track is transcribed in the original key, D Flat Major, and uses basic major and minor chords D♭ E♭ B♭m A♭ G♭maj7.

The chord change is cyclical.

“2 Hands” is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats but do it softly.

Avoid learning both hands together in the very beginning; you will fail immediately and abandon the score.

The left-hand fulfills an accompanying role. Play any pattern (chords, arpeggios, tremolo, ostinato).

The right hand imitates vocal delivery by Tate McRae: a predominant articulation is staccato.

I omitted notating some adlibs in the background.

The aesthetic value of a track is based on repetition.
