The track is composed in C Sharp Major (with seven sharps) but transcribed in the harmonically equivalent key, D Flat Major (with only seven flats), and uses basic major and minor chords D♭ G♭ B♭m A♭.

The chord change is cyclical.

Notice the ellipsis (omitted chords) in the beginning of the second half.

The vocals are typed one octave higher. Play the right hand as written but sing lower if you can sing this low.

I doubled note values to make sightreading easier for beginners. The track isn't recorded in the 2/2 time.

In the choruses Zach Bryan, as his usual, mixes 4/4 and 6/4.
