Ai (4-string bass ver.) - Kanae (叶)

Bass TAB for “Ai” (4-string bass version).

The phrasing follows the original song exactly, which uses the low B note on a 5-string bass,

but by adjusting the tuning and fingering, I’ve made it possible to reproduce the song on a 4-string bass.

However, there are a few spots where the low B sound appears, so I’ve addressed those by playing an octave higher (the relevant sections are marked in the sheet music).

That said, since it rarely appears, the arrangement on the 4-string bass is almost identical to the original song’s phrasing,

so if you only own a 4-string bass, this should be more than sufficient.

Also, for the slap sections,

S: Thumb

P: Index finger or middle finger

are used to indicate right-hand fingering.
