This song was originally created by Secret Garden for the 2004 film "2046" directed by Hong Kong director Wong Kar-wai, but it was never included in the film. Nevertheless, this tune was included in the Secret Garden's album "Earthsongs" from the same year. The composer Rolf Løvland believes that this piece fits the position of the album because it is "ending with a question rather than an answer."
