This piece was composed by Russian musician Yevgeny Grinko (Евгений Гринько). He was born in Zhukovsky (Жуко́вский) in the former Soviet Union in 1984. At the age of 16, he began to understand punk music and met a group of surf rock musicians. He then taught himself guitar and founded his own rock band. Two years later, he became interested in percussion and began to play noisy rock, psychedelia and experimental electronica in some avant-garde bands. In 2010, during a break from noisy rock concerts, he composed this "Waltz" and released his first solo album "Winter Sunshine" in the same year. This song became one of his masterpieces, and it topped the Hot Songs chart on his Spotify homepage.
