This piece was adapted by Chinese pianist Luo Ni (倪椤) based on Prelude and Fugue in C Minor, BWV. 847 by Johann Sebastian Bach. It is a small solo piano piece written by Ni during his college years. Ni graduated from Wuhan Conservatory of Music and now lives in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, P.R.C. He is engaged in piano education and performing arts. This song shows ups and downs between fixed rhythms, fast yet not chaotic. It is a dialog that spans east and west, ancient and modern times. The various performances of this song on YouTube added to the saying "Music without borders." This version simplifies the left hand part to reduce difficulty.
