Jaeyong Kang is a composer, pianist, and AI music researcher from South Korea. His
exceptional piano talent was discovered at a young age, and he began learning the
piano at the age of six. Trained in the Czerny piano method, Jaeyong participated in
numerous piano competitions in Busan, where he won the Grand Prize twice.
Blessed with perfect pitch and an extraordinary memory, he can learn and play any
tune by ear, boasting a repertoire of over a thousand songs entirely from memory.
Jaeyong has a remarkable ability to captivate audiences, whether by performing his
repertoire in a variety of styles and moods or through instant improvisations and
arrangements. In addition to his performances, he has composed original works for
solo piano and officially released six music tracks, which are available on platforms
like iTunes and Spotify.
Since 2017, Jaeyong has embarked on a global journey to share his music with
audiences worldwide. During this musical odyssey, he has been invited to perform
at numerous corporate and private events, as well as venues in South Korea,
Prague, the Czech Republic, and Singapore. His versatile talent, combined with his
humble and gentle demeanor, has won him a loyal fanbase, many of whom follow
his YouTube channel. His solo piano arrangements of contemporary pop songs have
garnered over 1 million combined views as of March 2026.
Alongside his dedication to music, he also mentors budding pianists, generously
