Shim Soo-bong’s timeless classic “A Million Roses [Signature]” is presented here in a distinctive duo arrangement for solo instrument and piano. The overall structure closely follows the original song, while an additional ending section has been newly created to expand the musical conclusion. The solo instrument performs the vocal line with expressive phrasing, allowing the emotional character of the melody to be clearly conveyed. The piano accompaniment initially reflects the characteristic patterns of the original accompaniment, but gradually transitions into newly arranged figures that bring fresh harmonic color toward the ending. This signature arrangement offers performers a slightly reimagined interpretation while preserving the nostalgic atmosphere of the original song. The required positions extend up to 2nd position for violin, 6th position for viola, and 7th position for cello, providing expressive range and technical depth.
