Kuchizuke Diamond (Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches OP)-WEAVER

Here is my piano cover of Kuchizuke Diamond, the OP song of Yamada-kun and the seven witches. This is definitely one of the catchiest opening songs of the spring anime season 2015.

This arrangement is almost a 100% faithful interpretation of the original song and the groove is really strong this time. It's also a good exercise for the left hand, because you need high accuracy in the left hand to play the fast jumps during the chorus in 0:58. I think this is one of my few arrangements, where the left hand is more difficult to play than the right hand.

The most difficult part is actually the main melody in the left hand in 0:36, while the right hand is playing an completely independent rhythm. This is the part where I had to practice the most and it can become quite overwhelming, if you don't practice it slowly first.

The ending of this song in 3:38 is quite fascinating as well : the music suddenly stops in the middle of the sentence. As I said earlier, a 100% faithful interpretation to the original song.
