This song is the ending theme for the anime "BLOOD+" sung by Chitose Hajime.
After posting the YouTube video, I made some changes to the sheet music to make it easier to play, so there are some differences from the video.
In the reference video, the song ends with a fade-out, but in the sheet music I added an intro to the end and re-created it to end cleanly.
