For smoother performance and greater resonance on string instruments, the key has been transposed from Ab major to A major. The overall structure remains faithful to the original movement, while additional notes and harmonies have been incorporated into the accompaniment to enrich the texture and enhance balance within the duo setting.

The solo instrument sings the iconic cantabile theme with warmth and sustained lyricism, while the piano supports with expanded harmonic color and expressive depth. 独奏楽器は有名なカンタービレの旋律を温かく歌い上げ、ピアノは拡張された和声で楽曲の感情を支えます。フレージングやレガート、ヴィブラートのコントロールが重要となる作品で、リサイタルやコンクールにも最適です。
