Description
Feeling Good was written by Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for their 1964 musical The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd, where Cy Grant sang it first. Nina Simone made it famous with a recording cut in New York in January 1965 for I Put a Spell on You; Muse and Michael Bublé took it up later.
Nothing here was auto-transcribed: the arrangement was written out by hand and given professional engraving. The performance filmed for this page covers the arrangement end to end.
