“Akaza’s Love Theme” is one of the original soundtrack pieces from Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc, composed by Yuki Kajiura. The piece captures the tragic past of Akaza, formerly known as Hakuji, from his struggles to care for his sick father, to the fleeting happiness he found with Koyuki, and finally to his downfall after losing her. With sorrowful minor-key melodies and layered strings, the music conveys Akaza’s humanity, his broken promises of love, and his descent into darkness. It is regarded as one of the most emotional and heartbreaking tracks in the entire Demon Slayer series.
