Praise Note
A few years ago, my former entrance-exam student, Seonghyun, came to visit me after completing his military service. He was wondering what song would be appropriate for the offertory at his church, so I composed the introduction to this piece on the spot. I also suggested that he connect it with "God Is the One Who Watches Over You" and sing the two songs together.
Later, I expanded this version into a duet, which we performed as the encore piece at our duo recital. After that, I arranged it for a men's four-part choir.
This is one of the praise songs that I personally cherish the most. God watches over, protects, and sustains those who love Him, trust in Him, and look to Him.
Our church's Agape Ensemble is currently rehearsing this piece. It is my prayer that, through this beautiful song, all glory will be given to God.
