“Open Arms Sheet Music”

The track is transcribed in the original key, A Major.

The vocals are typed using the 𝄠 suboctave clef (the treble clef with the numeral 8 below it). Play the right hand one octave lower than written.

I doubled note values to make sightreading easier for beginners.

“Open Arms” is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats.

Avoid learning both hands together in the very beginning; you will fail immediately and abandon the score.

The left-hand provides an accompaniment. Play any pattern here (chords, arpeggios, tremolo, ostinato).

The right hand imitates vocal delivery by Jorge Rivera-Herrans and Steven Dookie: a predominant articulation is staccato.
