The track is transcribed in the original keys.
It starts in E Major, modulates to F Sharp Major, modulates to D Major, modulates to G Major.
Between each modulation is a 16-measure transition.
The vocals are typed using an optional 𝄠 suboctave clef (the treble clef with the numeral 8 below it). Sing one octave lower but play the right hand in any octave you prefer. That's why it is called an optional clef.
"Vivo por ella" is composed with a straight rhythm in common time.
The left-hand maintains movement with chords. I also put Andrea Bocelli's lines in the left hand. You can omit playing them when Karol G part is played in the right hand.
The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Karol G and Andrea Bocelli: a predominant vocal style is tenuto.
Notice double sharp C𝄪 in the F Sharp Major part.
In the measures 71—72 Andrea sings with B♯ but Karol G remains natural (that's why she is widely criticized for not hitting notes after this release). I added the sharp in the brackets, it's up to you to decide.
