Beschreibung
“Seeds of Joy” (Yorokobi no Tane) is YUKI’s 12th single.
Lyrics: YUKI
Music: Yoshimichi Tsutaya / Arrangement: Masanori Shimada
Release Date: September 7, 2005
The single features a total of four tracks: “Seeds of Joy” and its instrumental version, a live version of “AIR WAVE” (originally included on the album joy), and the new song “Collar.”
The title track served as the theme song for the movie Touch. YUKI wrote the lyrics after reading the Touch screenplay, which is why Masami Nagasawa, the film’s lead actress, appeared in the TV commercial. In the commercial, she recites the song’s lyrics. According to director Michihiko Yanai, who spoke about it during an appearance on the variety show R30, he had her memorize the entire lyrics to ensure her expressions came across as natural. There are a great many versions of this commercial.
