My Jesus, as Thou Wilt! (Congregational Worship Arrangement (Eb, D, C keys)) - Hymn 685 (Trinity Hymnal)

This is an arrangement of the classic hymn, "My Jesus, as Thou Wilt!" In the demonstration video, I played in the key of D major—keeping the first verse clean and simple as written, and transitioning into a freer, more flowing ballad style for the second verse.

The chord symbols have been simplified so that beginner accompanists can easily read them. However, please note that if you play arbitrarily based only on the chord letters, you might miss the precise voicing intended in the arrangement. If something sounds slightly off or unusual while playing, double-check if your hands are following the exact written notes on the staff instead of just guessing the chords. ^^

Since the ultimate goal of my arrangements is to support congregational singing during main services, it is highly melody-driven. I have intentionally avoided overly complex or heavy jazz chords that might distract from the message of the beautiful, reflective lyrics.

Please note that since this is not a traditional four-part harmony arrangement, it is not suitable for choir accompaniment. However, it is absolutely perfect for solo piano accompaniment during church services, or as reflective background music for silent meditation and prayer before the service begins.

I created this arrangement with smaller churches in mind that may not have a full praise band or choir. Even with just a single piano, you can deliver a rich and full musical expression. I sincerely hope this sheet music brings deeper grace to your worship experience.
