Chu-Chun Liang holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Piano Performance, is a DMA candidate in Harpsichord Performance, and earned a Master's degree in Piano Pedagogy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States. In 2006, she was selected to compete in the International Johann Sebastian Bach Competition in Leipzig, Germany (Harpsichord). In 2009, she qualified for the International Schubert and Modern Music Competition (Piano). In 2007, she won third prize at the 6th Mae and Irving Jurow International Harpsichord Competition in the U.S.

Upon returning to Taiwan, in addition to teaching and giving solo recitals, Liang has actively collaborated with various domestic ensembles. In 2010, she co-founded the D.S. Chamber Music Ensemble with violinist Yao-Zu Lu. In June 2015, invited by the Music Department of Beihua University in Mainland China, she performed there alongside violinist Yao-Tsu Lu. In April 2021, she was invited to give masterclasses at Harbin Normal University and Harbin Conservatory of Music, and held a music seminar at the Steinway Center in Harbin. In 2023, she partnered with U.S.-educated pianist Yu-Jing Liu for a piano four-hands recital tour across Shanghai, Suzhou, and Harbin. In the same year, she joined U.S.-educated pianists Xiao-Wen Zhong and Zi-Xin Liu to form an eight-hands piano ensemble, launching family-friendly guided concerts and touring various cities domestically. In 2024, at the invitation of Steinway & Sons in the Northeast region, she held concerts in Harbin, Changchun, and Dalian. In 2025, her eight-hands piano ensemble was invited to the 1st Piano Academic Week at the Harbin Conservatory of Music to perform as the opening act. In July of the same year, she and violinist Yao-Tsu Lu were invited to perform and give lectures in Xiamen and Suzhou.

Liang has previously taught at China University of Technology, National Taipei University of Technology, Tamkang University, and numerous primary and secondary school music programs. She currently serves as the Director and Artistic Director of the D.S. Chamber Music Ensemble and Boya Performing Arts, Director of Boya Culture Publishing House, Piano Consultant for the Su Qiu-Jing Violin Music Center in Suzhou, and is a specially invited pianist for Steinway & Sons and Parsons Music in Mainland China.

Since 2020, she has devoted herself to composing for children's music education, creating the piano solo and four-hands series Cindy’s Music Keys, as well as the chamber music series Cindy’s MusicBox. In 2025, her two-part children's choral works, I Am a Baby Snake and Magic Elves, were premiered by the Cheng Kung Children's Choir under the direction of Kai-Jun Zhao.
