Corpse Dance / Dance of the Dead (しかばねの踊り)

Kikuo (きくお)  

Noticing there are a lot of errors on my part in my initial transcription and most importantly the "impossible notes" that go beyond the 88-key standard compass of the common piano keyboards, I have thought of making a newer and a little bit more simpler version of this transcription that is closer to the revised improvised rendition I play every time.
