Tanz der Diener is an original composition for guitar ensemble inspired by the character of Renaissance dance music.
The work consists of a lively dance theme followed by two contrasting variations. Rhythmic energy, clear ensemble textures, and melodic interplay between the parts create a varied and engaging concert piece. While inspired by historical dance forms, the music was written specifically for modern guitar ensembles and guitar orchestras.
Scored for 4 primary guitars with optional octave guitar and contrabass guitar, the work is suitable for intermediate ensembles, music schools, amateur guitar orchestras, and concert performances.
The package includes:
• Full score
• Individual parts
• Optional octave guitar part
• Optional contrabass guitar part
Duration: approx. 3 minutes
Level: Intermediate
Originally composed for and performed by the Bremer Gitarrenorchester.
