Stein Song (for Violin and Piano)-Emil Andreas Fenstad

This sheet music is a duo arrangement of Stein Song, also known as The Song of Friendship, composed by Emil Andreas Fenstad, for solo instrument and piano. While the original structure is preserved, the key has been transposed from A-flat major to A major to enhance resonance and projection for string instruments. The solo instrument performs the vocal line with a strong, singing character, and the piano accompaniment reflects a traditional orchestral style with adjusted harmonies and textures. Octave changes are applied where necessary according to the instrument, ensuring balance and practical performance. The required positions are violin up to 7th position, viola up to 4th position, and cello up to 5th position.
