The Long and Winding Road

"The Long and Winding Road" is one of my favourite Beatles songs from their 1970 album "Let It Be". It is a blilliant song and one of the best songs ever written! "The Long and Winding Road" was written by Paul McCartney and credited to Lennon-McCartney. It´s rather a sad song. McCartney told his biographer Barry Miles in the 1990s that the song was "all about the unattainable; the door you never quite reach...the road that you never get to the end of ".
