This hymn was written by Henry van Dyke in 1907, inspired by the beauty of the Berkshire Mountains and set to the triumphant melody of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. It is a profound celebration of God's glory and the joy of creation.

This arrangement is crafted in a lyrical ballad style, focusing on rich chord voicings and emotive expression. It is designed to help you play with a prayerful heart, allowing the harmonies to breathe and swell. I have included two versions—one with the melody line and one accompaniment-only version—to ensure versatility for your worship or personal meditation. I hope this arrangement brings a sense of deep gratitude and joy to your playing.
