Description
While composing this work, Chopin is said to have remarked, “I have never had such a dreamy melody in my life.” Known as “Tristesse” or the “Farewell Étude,” Étude Op. 10, No. 3 is one of Chopin’s few études with a slow melody, admired for its beautiful emotion and harmony.
This is the intermediate version among two simplified arrangements: a one-page two-staff piano solo score by THIS IS PIANO. No chord symbols or lyrics are included. Enjoy your piano time!
