Buyer

  • Regional Purchase Restrictions: Some sheet music sold on mymusic5 is only available for purchase in specific regions due to copyright issues. Please check purchase availability in the country selection field on the payment screen. If the purchase is unavailable, please inquire with the song title and musician's name via the Customer Center link below for verification. Discontinued Sheet Music: If you see the message "This sheet music has been discontinued" in the purchase window, the seller has voluntarily stopped selling that sheet music. For more details, please contact the respective seller directly. Browser Compatibility Notice: mymusic5 is compatible with the Google Chrome browser. If you are currently using a different browser, please switch to Google Chrome and try again.
  • If purchased as a member: After logging in, you can immediately check the purchased sheet music in the Library within your account. If purchased as a non-member: A link to view the sheet music is sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. Please check your email inbox. If you still cannot find the purchased product despite the methods above, please forward the purchase success email you received to our Customer Center. We will verify and process your request.
  • The download feature is exclusively available only with the purchase of Lifetime Access. If you purchased a 90-day or 180-day pass that only allows viewing and printing of sheet music, you can use the "Convert to Lifetime Access" option within the viewer to utilize the download feature.
  • mymusic5 is optimized for the Google Chrome browser. Please switch your browser to Google Chrome and try again.
  • All sheet music sold on mymusic5 are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, please note that refund requests based on the following reasons cannot be processed: a. Lack of specialized knowledge required to use the sheet music. b. Sheet music content purchased more than 7 days ago. For details, please refer to the service policy.
  • Per mymusic5 policy, products that have passed 90 and 180 days after purchase will expire and cannot be viewed or printed. For usage without time restrictions, please purchase the 'Lifetime Access' product.
  • The purchase statement can be checked and downloaded from the "Payment List" tab. Additionally, the download link is also sent to the email address you entered during payment.

Settlement and payouts

  • mymusic5 has contracts with several copyright associations and international publishers to help sellers with their music content sales. However, some songs may have regional sales restrictions due to copyright issues.
  • mymusic5 actively supports the sale of musicians' original songs. If you want to sell your own original songs instead of a cover song, you can upload the sheet music in the same way as a cover song. However, you must prepare materials or documents that can prove the original song and submit them to the mymusic5 support team.
Upload & Sell
  • You can adjust the discount rate for individual sheet music for a specific period and use mymusic5's sheet music collection feature to sell multiple pieces of sheet music bundled by category. Additionally, you can upload various performance videos from YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, etc., to help buyers understand the sheet music more easily.
  • mymusic5 provides various sales data, such as sales volume by country, sheet music search trends, and purchase traffic distribution, through the Artist Center dashboard to help sellers establish sales strategies. Use the dashboard data to create smarter sheet music sales strategies!
  • When you upload sheet music on the mymusic5 website, it is automatically uploaded to the app service as well. Sales revenue and various data generated from the app can be checked in the Artist Center on the website. The Artist Center is only available on the website, not on the mobile app.
  • Yes, it is possible. mymusic5 supports various sheet music arrangements, from band scores and orchestra to four-hands (4 hands).
  • Every time you upload a new sheet music or replace a sheet music file, a notification is automatically sent to users who have purchased your sheet music or have 'liked' or 'followed' you.
  • No. However, please bear in mind that the presence or absence of a reference video can be a significant factor in the buyer's purchase decision. mymusic5 allows the upload of short-form videos like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, as well as YouTube and BiliBili, as reference videos.
