A twelve-note scale and a metered sheet music isn't capable to express the sound of “12 To 12” with its layered vocal and digitally generated inflections.
The track is transcribed in the original key, D Major, and uses basic major and minor chords Em D Gmaj7 Bm7 A.
Its cyclical chord change (loop) highlights melodic development.
The progression is static and uses ellipsis (omitting of chords).
“12 To 12” is composed with a straight rhythm in the common time. Accent strong beats.
The left-hand provides an accompaniment.
The right hand imitates vocal delivery by Sombr: the predominant articulation is staccato. You can harmonize by adding the chords written above the vocal line to the main vocal melody.
