"Lucky"

The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Halsey: a predominant vocal style is *staccato*.

Verses should be played very softly, focus on precise rhythm. It might be tiring to play with forte touch; play pianissimo.

"Lucky" is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. It is easy to count for beginners; accent strong beats.

The left hand provides with musical texture. "Lucky" is heterophonic: harmony supports the vocal line with guitar strumming imitating the dreamy strumming from Des'ree's "You Gotta Be" but not precisely. Thanks to people who delete vocals from releases and upload them on Youtube, I transcribed the guitar part accurately. If it's too hard for you to play, you can play simple chords in the left hand.

"Lucky" is transcribed in the original key, C Major, and uses basic major and minor chords C F Am G taken from Des'ree's "You Gotta Be" but with slight variations.

The aesthetic value of a track is based on familiarity provided by the pop-hits from the nineties used in the song.
