Shut Down (With lyrics on) - BLACKPINK

Hi, I am Rita. I transcribe pop songs since 2007. I always include lyrics in my sheet music because singing is good for mental health.

This old song is uploaded upon a request. Unfortunately, the price is high because the website and copyright holders demands a price no less than $6. I would love to sell all my sheet music for 50 cents because I know that everybody wants to play 10 new songs and not everybody can afford it.

Shut Down is composed in B Flat Minor. The chords used are B♭m F and G♭ in the outro. It would be wrong to call the song atonal: albeit using only two chords for harmony, these chords are in a tonic-dominant relationship. It is a simple harmonization but it brings up immediate tension resolution.

The track is in compound meter 6/8 and has a noticeable pulse. Learn the left hand first and avoid learning both hands together in the very beginning. Patience is a virtue. Otherwise you will fail immediately and abandon the score.
