Description
A Small-Hand Edition of Maurice Ravel’s Pavane pour une infante défunte, M.19.
This is not a simplified or beginner arrangement. The goal is to preserve the original musical character, texture, pacing, and difficulty while redesigning selected physical hand-size barriers.
Selected wide reaches and awkward hand positions are redesigned through hand redistribution, quick arpeggiation, and editorial pedal, while the musical flow and character of the original work are preserved.
Designed for pianists who can handle the musical and technical demands of the original work, but are limited by selected stretches and hand-size barriers.
PLAYABLE PIANO
We don't make hard music easy.
We make it more playable for smaller hands.
