《我的心裡只有你沒有他》，原曲發表於1955年，是巴拿馬人Carlos Eleta Almarán的創作，首唱者是古巴歌手Perez Prado，1957年法國歌手Dalida將它翻唱成法語版。國語版最早由靜婷在1960年首唱，後收錄在劉文正和鄧麗君的專輯中，中文填詞人是陳蝶衣。2000年爵士女歌手Laura Fygi將它翻唱為《Historia De Un Amor》收錄在她2000年的翻唱專輯裡。
