"Typa Girl" is a song with a polyphonic texture — the instrumental part provides not only a harmony to support the vocal but also its own melody. I didn't include this riff in the left hand because it's hard to play on piano simultaneously for beginners.

The composition is a curious and bizarre blend of choppy and hyperactive melodies over rhythms and an eclectic accompaniment including harmony and counterpoint.

The key is harmonic G Minor with augmented seventh F# (Aeolian). Because of this construction, the 7th degree of the harmonic minor scale functions as a leading tone to the tonic (Gm) because it is only one semitone lower than the tonic. Using F natural (white) would destabilized the song.

Nevertheless, the song is atonal (isn't build around tonic-sub/dominant relationships). Chords' pattern exists purely for the aesthetic enjoyment of variation and rhythmic support. They function to mark time and musical structure (separate chorused from verses) rather than to create the harmonic pull.
