"Pretty Slowly"

The track is transcribed in the original key, F Sharp Minor, (or A Major) and uses basic major and minor chords F♯m A D C♯m E. The chord change is beautiful but simple.

I doubled note values to make sightreading easier for beginners. The track isn't recorded in the 2/2 time. The outro starts a little slower and ends a little faster.

"Pretty Slowly" is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. There is syncopation in the guitar strumming (imitated in the left hand part). Accent beats 1 and 3 in the right hand and 2 and 4 in the left hand. Learn hand separately to master it.

The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Benson Boone: a predominant vocal style is staccato.

Focus on precise rhythm in the rap part. It is tiring to play with forte touch; play pianissimo.
