Lee Ji-soo’s lyrical theme “Flying Petals” from the drama Spring Waltz is presented here in an elegant trio arrangement for violin, cello, and piano. The structure of the original composition is faithfully preserved, allowing the graceful and flowing character of the music to unfold naturally in a chamber setting. The violin and cello share the main melodic line, creating a warm and expressive dialogue between the two string instruments. Meanwhile, the piano accompaniment performs the remaining musical elements, shaping the harmonic background and gentle rhythmic motion that supports the ensemble. This arrangement captures the poetic atmosphere and delicate emotional color of the original soundtrack, making it well suited for recitals and expressive chamber performances. The required positions extend up to 5th position for violin and thumb position for cello, offering expressive range and lyrical phrasing.
