O Thou in Whose Presence My Soul Takes Delight (BELOVED) (Congregational Worship Arrangement (D, C, Bb keys)) Hymn 51 (Trinity Hymnal)

This is an arrangement of the classic hymn, "O Thou in Whose Presence My Soul Takes Delight" (Tune: BELOVED). The original key is D major, but I have also prepared it in lower keys (C and Bb major) to provide a more comfortable vocal range for your congregation.
In the demonstration video, I played in the key of D major—keeping the first part clean and structured as written, and transitioning into a freer, more expressive arpeggio-driven ballad style from the 00:45 mark.
Since the primary goal is to support congregational singing during main services, it is highly melody-driven. I have purposefully avoided overly complex or heavy jazz chords that might distract from the message of the lyrics and the reverent atmosphere of worship.
Please note that since this is not a traditional four-part harmony arrangement, it is not suitable for choir accompaniment. However, it is absolutely perfect for solo piano accompaniment during church services, or as reflective background music for silent meditation and prayer before worship begins. I created this with smaller churches in mind, hoping a single piano can deliver a profound and abundant worship experience.
If you prefer this arrangement in a different key, please feel free to leave a comment!
