Duet - Skytree (arr. for solo piano) - Hachi Hachi

A somehow rare work from a now-rarely-known rhythm game Hachi Hachi. This game has been out of service for years, and possibly forever. This song is also released in other rhythm games Dynamix and Zyon due to a collaboration project. However, only Dynamix survives now. The full version of this song can be found on a game update announcement video in its offiocial Youtube channel.

Inspite of its obscurity, there has been great works transcribing and adapting this song into a fine piano piece. In this work, another approach is taken. I tried my best making it sound just like the original, bringing the original imstrumentation onto piano, with as less compromisation as possible.

The melody and rhythm are neither fast nor complicated, so each note, even if not in the melody, can be identified by listening. However, it also leads to emptiness of the rhythm and aharmony on LH . Here I filled the LH voice with 8th notes to maintain the groove. Not all of them are written down by hearing. I also add RH notes to strengthen the harmony, almost froming another voice on the RH.
