🎹 Notice that there are two files attached: solo and duet. Original lyrics and harmony chords are included in the sheet music.
⚡The piano part is transcribed as close to the original as possible. It took me three days. The solo piano version is beginners friendly (omit playing some runs).
🗝️ The track is transcribed in the original pitches. There is one key modulation.
The progression has an ambiguous and anomalous jazzy harmony.
🔠There are many chords outside the home key.
🎤 The vocals are typed using the 𝄠 suboctave clef (the treble clef with the numeral 8 below it). Sing one octave lower than written. The percussive and somewhat unpitched vocal delivery used to accentuate the lyrics.
🔢 “The One Who's Running the Show” is composed with a straight rhythm in the common time.
Every new part brings in new melodic and harmonic material and new instrumentation. The tempo changes as well, I indicated it in sheet music. The bpm number is high, but it is for comedic effect.
In Gooseworx is under heavy influence of Disney soundtracks, they share it with Hazbin's Sam Haft.
