"Pink Venom" is a song with a homophonic texture — the instrumental part provides a harmony to support the vocal but lacks its own melody. Piano is an instrument that can play a melody and an accompaniment simultaneously. The song is atonal (isn't built around dominant/subdominant/tonic) with a center on the note E thus I used the key E Major with many accidental symbols. Vocal in the original track is sinuous and complex, marked by subtle bends and slides, with intense ornamentation. It is impossible to convey on piano with a fixed pitch of the keys.

Notice that the upper stave is to be played one octave lower.

The harmony chords are provided above the upper stave for those who want to make their own arrangements by playing arpeggios or other patterns in the left hand. I also doubled note values to make sightreading easier for beginners.
