Today's song is a requested one, which is "The first noel the angel did say" (I gave you a glimpse of the second song, but we changed the order on request. Please understand)
I remember singing it a lot when I was young. Of course I still enjoy singing it.
Today, I am going to talk about the range. Even if you play the same notes, your right hand feels like an octave higher and your left hand feels like an octave lower. It's an eight-syllable A - A' - B song, and I repeated B one more time (Verse 2 and Chorus 2). It seems like its building up when you repeat (A, B) right? I think it would be good to apply this method to other songs.
The first part of Noel is D chord, but but Bm7 code was used to repeat (28th bar). A single change of chord can give a different feeling for sure. You can use D or Bm7 in the same way, or you can change one place like I did.
It's not common for me to play only the melody for an intro. After debating to myself, I changed the chord progress slightly and played only the melody. If you want to use a typical intro, you can use 25 - 28 bar.
I'm... I'm working on broadening my thoughts to the HeavenPiano family, saying, "There's a lot of different ways.
Get ready for Christmas, everyone!
