Recently got a chance to watch GodPeopleTV and was on my way to worship my God. At a certain point, however, this song "He Binds the Broken-Hearted" suddenly hit me, especially the lyric in second verse.
I would like to give out some tips for accompanist.
It's not in this song, but there is a part where 2 time is naturally extended. There are churches extending 2 time in this song, and there aren't church doing this. The reason of extending is to slowly build the energy and explode it in chorus, and the reason of not extending is to smoothly play the song in general. Style is different and variety should be respected. so let's not argue over this!
