7月といえば、海へ出かけたい季節。

どこまでも続く海の向こうに、何があるのかとロマンを感じた子供の頃。

小さい悩みなんか忘れて、心の中も大きく広くなっていくようですね。

初級

「おおきいな」のところの和声は、少し暗めの和声を使用しています。

メロディーの低くなったところでこういった和声を使用して、海の深さを表現してみました。

ペダルも使用しながら、できるだけ大きな海を想像してほしいです。

Umi (The Sea)

July is the season that makes you want to go to the sea.

As children, we felt a sense of romance wondering what might lie beyond the endless horizon.

It’s as if our small worries fade away and our hearts grow wider and more open.

Beginner Level:

For the phrase “ookii na” (“so big”), slightly darker harmonies are used.

By introducing this kind of harmony where the melody moves lower, it expresses the depth of the sea.

While using the pedal, I hope players will imagine the vast expanse of the ocean as much as possible.
