I’ll explain this piece through its lyrics.

Quietly surrounded by those gracious powers

Enjoying that wondrous peace

I walk with Jesus

And open a new day with the Holy Spirit

Though past faults and dark days

Weigh heavily upon my soul

O Lord, do not turn away from us

Fulfill the salvation You promised

I’m sharing this score in case anyone would like to offer praise through a piano performance.

Play the notes of the vocal melody more prominently and the accompaniment passages more softly.
