Snezhnaya (Genshin Impact)-HOYO-MiX & YuPeng-Chen

Snezhnaya, the northern winterland in Genshin Impact, which is mysterious but far-reaching in Teyvat, is now finally coming on the way! This piece of arrangement is the theme of Everwinter without Mercy, which name is “Snezhnaya”. Actually I was deeply moved after listening the whole piece of music, especially the melody in intro part, which was showed in PV several years before. In the following parts, the Slavic-style music made me feel compelled to marvel at the artistic achievements of the Slavic people. It was so in line with my aesthetic taste, being calm, solemn, and romantic. Since this is the stronghold of Fatui, it is only natural that the theme of Fatui appears in this piece of music. It has been heard during the battles between Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru and Fontaine. After all these years of experiencing various adventures, I have greatly changed my perception of Fatui. At first, I thought the Fatui was an organization that committed all kinds of evil deeds and was completely evil. But after the appearance of some of my companions, I came to believe that Fatui is an organization that should be viewed dialectically. Just like Capitano, a man of integrity and justice, who was brave and upright, I knew from the moment he appeared in Natlan that he was definitely someone I could trust. In a nutshell, Fatui is both good and evil, having both trustworthy companions and enemies who couldn't be agreed with.
