All my sheet music are accurate but simple, beginner-level transcriptions with lyrics. If some notes are too difficult to play, omit them.
A twelve-note scale and a metered sheet music isn't capable to express the sound of "Did It First" with its layered chanting, computer-generated sounds, and soft inflections of electronic instruments.
The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Ice Spice and Central Cee: a predominant vocal style is *staccato*.
The chanting is built on repetition of one note so focus on precise rhythm. It might be tiring to play with forte touch; play pianissimo.
There are many places of an indefinite pitch. I notated them as the harmonic note.
Notice duplets in the left hand. The right hands plays 12/8 and the left hand is 4/4, both time signatures has 4 strong beats per measure. Feel free to skip the duplets, play simple bass notes or chords G♭maj7 and D♭maj7
"Did It First" is composed with triplets in quadruple time 12/8. It is easy to count for beginners; accent strong beats.
"Did It First" is transcribed in the original *key,* B Flat Minor.
Interestingly that the tonic chords isn't used in the harmony.
A chord change lacks motion and is fundamentally static: there is no sense of progression, only briefly displaced pedal tones. Its only use is to mark beats.
Notice the ellipsis (omitted chords). Remove both hands and pedal for a dramatic effect.
